“Camera prenotata tramite voi non c'era , ci avevano riservato una camera con due letti singoli e noi siamo in quattro persone (due adulti e due ragazzi)... hanno voluto un più soldi x avere 3 letti singoli più un sofà bed , che non sarebbe altro che un materasso sopra una specie di divano. Il personale ci ha negato dei servizi riservati ai clienti europei a trattamento All-inclusive , oltre ad aver ricevuto degli insulti da un portinaio , che non voleva aprirci al nostro rientro in hotel.... ...
