“I have booked hotel for one night that is for 11-12 June 2025. But Expedia staff has given day stay voucher to hotel wrongly and hotel denied the room saying that your booking is for day. It was night stay booking.i have not got stay please refund my full amount.”

I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...
