“Only real draw back is I had a partial oceanfront balcony that was located on Same side as the Tropicana hotel. The noise being generated from the roof top mechanisms and vents made it unbearable to sit on the balcony ”

“The staff was super-friendly and inviting. I couldn't stop talking about how charming this place was, nestled right in the shadow of the Trop. Our room was very clean, and bathroom toiletries were provided. We enjoyed a great complimentary breakfast before we departed on Sunday. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.”

“I had a above expectations stay here. I have stayed at a few spots around Ventor, and this one stands out above the rest. When they say "breakfast included", it's usually a cereal bar or something. Not here! A huge cooked to order omelet, generous side of fruit salad, toast, potatoes, made fresh, fast and delivered with a smile no less! “Stayed from Sunday to Tuesday. Room was nice, clean ( not up to my standard clean but ok), comfortable. No microwave in the room which would’ve been great. Beds were very very comfortable. Shower was great. Staff not so friendly or informative at check in and check out. The restaurant was not open Monday or Tuesday which was very disappointing. “After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”
