“My stay at Hotel Divan has been perfect, the only negative note is that I did not have the full amount of money paid in receipt because, the receptionist said, I booked through Hotels.com, so for € 59.00 that I have Paid at Hotel.com, Divan Hotel has billed me 45.00 € that they received by Hotels.com. My was a work travel and the hotel was refunded to me by the company but in this way, I lost 14:00 euros.
I do not think it is right. Never happened before, but if this is the rule, in my future...

“The staff was what made this hotel exceptional. Everyone from the housekeeping lady to the front desk was welcoming and helpful. I especially like the homemade jam and pastries at breakfast.

“This hotel is a hidden gem with spacious rooms and new amenities! The hotel management was very kind by helping me with an early check in and a late check out. On the other hand, I requested for a good view (at time of check in) instead they gave me a room with not just a view but a balcony as well which was not included in my booking. Staff are always smiling and helpful if you need any guidance. Their breakfast items were great in taste. The hotel is just a minute away from lovely Ataturk park...

“Non è stata un'esperienza proprio esaltante. Prenotato per due distinti soggiorni anticipatamente nella stessa settimana. Nella prima occasione aprendo la sala colazione alle 8 del mattino (orario molto comodo direi) mi era stata proposta una luch box dovendo prendere un treno di mattina presto. Mi era sembrato un gesto carino. Peccato che al mattino successivo nessuno sapesse nulla di questa iniziativa per cui ho fatto colazione pagandola per la seconda volta presso la stazione. Ritorno a Baku...
