Not clean, for example.in the shared kitchen... better no comment.
The room was clean at an average level.
Staff is not useful at all. Even if you send a message from the chat they simply ignore it.
Our room had NO AIR CONDITIONING. The corridor and shared areas had it. Not in our room!
We couldn't sleep because it was crazy hot and my wife almost had a panic attack we were going to call for an ambulance. I could relax her and the morning after the first night we left. They even refused to reimburse the second night despite the false information about the availability of the air conditioning.
