“These guys are rockstars. Benjamin got me checked right in and let me have a pick of rooms. Loved I got a microwave, the only thing I cared about. The shuttle staff is always my favorite, I always know when they will be at the airport. The room was comfortable and safe, never had a single problem. Further, I left something behind and it is already almost back to my house, so they even helped after the stay. Every trip to NYC has a stop at this wonderful hotel. Se si arrivi di sera non c'è personale e devi chiamare un numero telefonico che è visibile sul desk per potere accedere all'edificio. “Soggiorno, ok. Ho scritto diverse e-mail prima di arrivare chiedendo come funzionasse la navetta gratuita dall’aeroporto ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Quindi ho dovuto pagare il taxi per raggiungere la struttura. Una volta arrivato in albergo sono poi riuscito a prenotare la navetta gratuita per il ritorno in aeroporto. ”
