"The property is really nice, modern and cozy. The rooms are fair and clean, the staff is truly nice and ready to help. We really appreciate the free public transport tickets for our stay. Also breakfast was very tasty! The thing as good as bad is the position near the station, sure it was strategic but people near the station were a littler noising at night. In the end, we surely recommend this property!"

"Solid place. Location is perfect, very close to Barmbek, which is an extremely useful station for Underground and S-Bahn (city train) between airport and city center. It connects very well to most of Hamburg. There are many food and shopping possibilities around. It's not exactly a classy neighbourhood but it's OK and safe as far as I know. Room and breakfast are good for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Storage space and breakfast options are somewhat limited but OK at this level. Wifi had some hiccups. Unfortunately the air conditioning doesn't allow you to change the temperature, which I found too warm."
