“The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

“This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos. The amenities were awesome and there’s a range of free activities and entertainment that was put on whilst we were there. The staff were also amazing, we will be back for sure :-)”

“Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 4 settimane. Posizione perfetta vicino al centro città e a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Ogni settimana mi è stata assegnata una camera diversa e ogni camera si è confermata essere spaziosa, pulita, col letto comodo e accessoriata con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno durante un viaggio di lavoro. “Large and well-furnished apartment. Generally clean (bedding, dishes, towels, fridge) but details are a little lacking (couch had crumbs, corners dirty, etc). No air conditioning but a fan was provided.”
