“Impressive in arrival this countryside hotel and conference centre at first glance appeals. There is also ample parking. Many hotels allow early check in if one arrives ahead of check in time. Moat House staff were less accommodating and seemed to have a hard and fast rule. However, when we sat in the lobby with our suitcases and backpacks half an hour ahead of check in time, they quickly and pleasantly attended to us.
