“Great location, very friendly staff, room was big and the beds super comfy.”

“Stayed here during the summer, breakfast was great, we were given a menu and a choice of continental selection. Breakfast cooked fresh so we booked again. Sadly this time we were greeted with a breakfast buffet which wasnt the same. Therefore we would not be in a rush back, hopefully the cook will ge brought back ”

“The staff were nice and the hotel itself was clean. There were bums around at the front of the hotel. There's nothing that the business can do about that. The city needs to deal with that problem. Premier inn was pretty nice. They had a nice dining area. The staff was a little slow on the dining and the kitchen was a little slow but the food was decent. Better than average. The hotel room was very very small even though it should have been one of the bigger rooms they had available. It's...

“Fantastic room looking over the canal. Staff at the desk and in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening were friendly, helpful & kind. We liked the location because we wanted to see all things Ozzy & Black Sabbath and it was walki g distance to all 8 sites. ”

“The breakfast menu was great but the dinner menu lacked vegetables and healthier choices. The beds are great and plentiful hot water. The staff was fabulous. All very friendly and helpful. I like the premier inns for their affordability and comfort”
