“The first room they gave us the tv was broken. They gave us another room which was dirty. We went back to the front desk and they told us they had no one to clean it. We asked for a refund and was told there was no manager there to approve the request. We returned the next day and was told the General Manager had not approved the request and was given no time frame as to when he would. Never again !”
