We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Breakfast tasted amazing. The staff was very nice and flexible. I accidentally left my purse at the work venue which had our room key in it. They easily looked up my information and was able to get us into our room without a problem. ...

There is a lot to do at this property and the host is extremely communicative. We didn't need anything at all but the host was there if we needed anything. Lakehouse Hot tub & pool near Ark Encounter
Instruction were easy and clear, both arriving and leaving. Loved our view of the lake. Hot tub and kayaks were a bonus. Host was fast & friendly when responding! Great place to stay!!
