The level lawn surrounding the house, shaded by trees and shrubs, leads to a small sandy beach with a gradual entry into the water. The dock can accommodate up to a 25' boat but for the safety of the dock and the boat, please use the mooring when not cruising around Sebago Lake's 40+ miles of waterway. You can also explore Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River. When you're not on the water, indulge in some shopping or recreational activities just a short drive away.
