  • Il cottage "Twin Rocks" è un incantevole rifugio da 2 Bdrm / 1 bagno sul lago Sebago con viste meravigliose su The White Mtns. Goditi i tramonti mozzafiato sulla Jordan Bay dalla serenità del tuo ponte, spiaggia, darsena e pozzo del fuoco ... Questo cottage confortevole, accogliente e perfettamente pulito recentemente rinnovato è pronto per il tuo divertimento, relax e "creare ricordi che dureranno tutta la vita" ... e "SÌ" abbiamo via cavo e Wifi ... Il soggiorno e il portico in stile cottage si affacciano sul lago e dispongono di aria condizionata per le calde giornate estive. Il bagno completo è di grandi dimensioni con vasca / doccia. La cucina ha un tavolo con 4 sedie ed è sicuramente completamente attrezzata per tutte le esigenze di cottura ... anche una pentola di aragosta. Abbiamo una bella zona pranzo esterna con tavolo e sedie, una griglia a propano con un bruciatore laterale e un "milione di dollari"
     Visualizza!! L'acqua è letteralmente a 45 'dal cottage. Abbiamo aggiunto una buca per il fuoco sulla riva per goderci quelle notti rilassanti accanto al fuoco.

Great spot on Sebago

Easy check in and property was exactly as described. The family loved being on the lake for the week and entertaining friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location on Jordan Bay. The cottage was extremely clean. The window ACs were very nice to have as it was fairly hot the week we were there. The owner is very friendly and helpful. No problem with docking and mooring the rental boat. We certainly enjoyed our week there.

Everything Was Perfect

Twin Rocks is a lovely cottage overlooking Jordan Bay with a view of Mount Washington. The property is very well equipped and only a short drive from any shopping you may need to do.The owner who is right next door respects your privacy, but is there is you need anything.

The property is just beautiful. The house is neat and tidy with everything you need and nothing you don't while maintaining its mid-century charm. The views of the lake are breathtaking. The water is clear and clear with a rocky bottom... that means no weeds and no muck (but you tenderfoots might want to bring water shoes)! The property is clean and quiet but only five minutes away from all the stores, restaurants, and services you might need. And Roxanne is just the best; very helpful and responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Sebago Lake rental

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is a great location with a great view of the lake and fantastic sunsets. The hosts were wonderful and made sure we were happy with everything. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed in it. The sunroom had a great view of the lake . We went kayaking and was able to use my new motorboat and use the dock and mooring. Overall, a wonderful time.

Great family vacation spot

Lovely location for anyone who enjoys being on the lake. Great beach access for little kiddos and those looking to swim, paddle board, fish, boat or just enjoy sitting and relaxing. Lots of comfy seating, inside and out. Comfortable beds and a great fire ring and sitting area . Responsive owner who works hard to ensure a great stay. Thank you Roxanne and Kelly! Was a pleasure to meet you and a great vacation.

Amazing Week on Sebago

Roxanne is a great host! The check-in process was very easy and she stopped by to explain everything about the cottage and property. She always responded quick to questions via text and was very flexible in our checkout process since we needed to leave at 4am for a flight. Overall the property is in great shape and was everything we wanted and more for our vacation on Sebago. Would definitely highly recommend this property!

A little piece of heaven.

Extraordinary location, remote but within 2miles of grocery, restaurants and activities. Hosts were very gracious, cottage was very clean and well stocked for cooking, and had a selection of games & puzzles. The view both from the sunroom and the picture window in the master bedroom were amazing to see the sunsets everyday. Kids had a blast jumping off the dock and sitting around the firepit at night. I would definitely recommend this location for your vacation.

Perfect lake getaway

Our week at Sebago Lake couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to keep us and the kids (2&4) comfortable being away from home all week. Roxanne was an excellent host and always available for questions, recommendations, and even replaced a broken coffee maker (a true emergency) on the same day. Less than 5 minutes to food, grocery stores, shopping; couldn’t recommend this property, or host enough.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Twin Rocks. Roxanne was the most wonderful host!! She was so kind and even brought treats to our kids while we were relaxing by the lake. Beautiful Views and a few steps to the water

Super clean and cute cottage with beautiful water views from the master bedroom and the porch. Relax on the chairs provided on the deck under shady trees and enjoy the view and water. We visited Portland and did a Trolley tour, went horseback riding at Carousel Horse Farm, and played mini-golf at Steamboat Landing. There are food stores and restaurants not far away I would suggest a railing on the walkways for safety. Thank you for sharing your Cottage. Bill and Janet

Lake front cottage offers lots of options for your stay

This charming cottage offers a great spot to simply chill and enjoy the incredible view and comfortable living spaces. If you prefer to play in the lake you have immediate access to do so. Cottage is well equipped, very clean with easy access to shopping areas and eateries only 10 minutes away. Property owner is easily available for any reason and quick to respond. Owner puts much effort into shaping a wonderful experience and is a good communicator. Highly recommend this property. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy!! Jordan bay offers a quiet respite from the larger lake activity. Looking forward to another stay next year! Appreciate you sharing this special place with us!!

A little Sebago Lake gem!

My mom and I stayed for a week in late August and we honestly don’t have anything bad to say about our experience. Roxanne was a kind and helpful host (she lives next door and while she gives you your privacy, she’s happy to help if you need her), the cottage was clean and cozy, and the views of the crystal clear lake were gorgeous. Good to know: The stairs down to the cottage are a bit steep (my mom has a bad knee so we just had to take them slowly) and if you love to swim like we do, you’ll definitely want to bring water shoes since the bottom of the lake is rocky. But overall, everything was pretty much perfect. We just left and miss the place already!

Doesn’t get much better than this!

Our family of 4 stayed here for two weeks and it was perfect. We stay at rentals a lot, and this cottage was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The dock is perfect for swimming. the lake was high from the rains, and my teenage boys could almost touch bottom. There is a small beach. Fire pit watching the sun go down was a dream! Kitchen is extremely clean with more than enough room for my family. All rooms had air conditioning if needed. Great location - I felt like we missed a lot of the traffic since we were on the eastern side of Sebago. Owner was more than available if I needed anything. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer.

Perfect little place to get away, but still be close to everything!

We just had the absolute best week at Twin Rocks. The water there is phenomenal for swimming, just clear, and no plant growth at all. I would recommend water shoes, but I'm a wimp. My 8 year old son was fine without! We swam every day (rain or shine), and it just felt so secluded. Roxanne was helpful, they were right next door, but it felt really separated. Beds were comfortable, loons were lovely to hear at night, and water pressure was fantastic. Lots of stairs, but it was good to have the workout to counteract vacation calories! We loved it, would absolutely return again. Thank you Roxanne and Kelly!

So RELAXING…

(July 2-9, 2022 🇺🇸 🎆 🎇 🇺🇸) If you are looking to “get away from it all” and actually spend a vacation relaxing (bring a good book or two!), then Twin Rocks cottage is for you. What a beautiful, clean little updated throwback gem Roxanne and Kelly have here. Just a quick drive from Portland and a few minutes off the busier part of Standish (with shops, restaurants, etc.) - the real highlight is the lake - for boating, swimming, or just lounging on a tube enjoying the beautiful view of the sunset over the White Mountains. Twin Rocks cottage was the perfect reset for our family and the perfect place to “make memories.” Roxanne and Kelly were perfect, gracious hosts… Thank you both for your kind assistance when we needed it - and for sharing your beautiful property with us! Wonderful stay! Roxanne and Kelly are fabulous hosts: great communication and a true desire to may our visit comfortable and fun. They recommended a boat rental place which we took advantage of to get a pontoon boat for a few days. The dock and mooring worked out great for that. And we enjoyed tubing and exploring the lake.The lake views are A. Lake water is super clean and clear. Swimming in front of the cabin was a daily event.The cottage itself is super clean and well maintained. We enjoyed daily down-time for reading and puzzles in the front room with sweeping lake views or down on the lawn in the Adirondack chairs. And of course, morning coffee sitting on the dock enjoying the peaceful lake and sounds of the loon.There are a lot of stairs to get from parking to the cottage, without a railing. No problem for us, but you may want to be aware if you have mobility issues. Location is peaceful, yet close to shopping and dining. The AC units were good on the one hot/humid night during our stay. OH, and the sunsets! Thanks Roxanne and Kelly!

Relaxing enjoyable vacation

Our stay at Twin Rocks was nothing but spectacular! From our amazing hostess and hubby to the spotless cottage(and I mean spotless), crystal clear water, perfect location. While at this gem of a cottage you feel like you are a million miles from civilization, but in fact you are only 1 minute away from the grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot and shops galore. Roxanne made our stay impeccable with excellent communication and was available at the drop of a hat. You rock Roxanne!! We throughly enjoyed ourselves here and you will too.

Perfect week at Twin Rocks

We had an amazing week at the lake. The cottage was immaculate and cozy. The lake was crystal clear, great for swimming and lounging. The beach area is a bit rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Roxanne was a perfect host, meeting us upon check-in and giving us the tour. She allowed us an earlier check-in time, which was greatly appreciated. Very convenient location with grocery stores, restaurants and movie theater just 5 minutes away. Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful family vacation spot

Twin Rocks was a wonderful spot for our vacation on Sebago Lake. The cabin is immaculately clean. The property is in a beautiful spot that feels secluded but is still 5 minutes from a grocery store. Our kids had a fabulous time jumping off the dock and playing on the little beach. Roxanne was a wonderful, attentive host. We can't wait to go back!

The cabin was well equipped and clean and the view was gorgeous. The hosts were kind and personable. The camp is close to groceries and restaurants. A wonderful experience.

This cottage has a super convenient location that's really close to stores, restaurants and activities, but you feel like you're miles away from reality when you're there. The cottage is really cute, clean and well-maintained. Roxanne and Kelly are helpful, friendly and always available if you need them, but give you your space (they live next door). The beach for swimming access is pretty rocky, so bring firm-soled water shoes and don't plan to relax on the sand, but there are plenty of areas to sit in the sun and the shade, and the water is crystal clear.

Sebago Lake Dream Vacation

Twin Rocks was exactly as advertised; it met and exceeded our expectations. Location is PERFECT! Super clean, simple check-in, and great communication with the hosts! We will absolutely be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
