“Loved the condo home felt very comfortable ”

“The hosts were very good at responding when we had questions. Our favorite part was the outside patio! We stayed here for about 2 weeks, and we spent hours outside by the fireplace.”

“Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not...

“It was a very neat, tidy and spacious apartment. Having a fully functional kitchen was very useful especially for cooking breakfast every day. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The proximity to Disneyland was accurate - it was only a few minutes away by Uber. Our host was great to deal with, too. The only minor drawback was the walk to and from the Uber pick-up place. Overall a five star place.”

“Sofa is very dirty. Floors weren't clean. Dishes needed to be re washed because they smelled like mildew. Washing machine smelled odd. Reservation was for 8 people, only 6 towels in property. Mentioned need to extra towels, were told that extra towels would be dropped off, never were. No floor mats in bathrooms. No drying rack in unit to place washed dishes.”

“You decide if you want to rent from Grace.I came into town for Funeral Services. I informed Grace that I needed a 2 Bedroom in case Family members who came from out of the country needed a place to stay they could stay with me. The listing stated 6 people. I asked Grace if 6 People was ok? Grace never said anything about extra charges. Grace contacted me ansking if I wanted to rent her unit. Grace sent messages stating Don’t do drugs, don’t have a party, no noice after 9pm and again don’t smoke...

“Inside was updated and nice. Would recommend supplying Kleenex and the addition of a full length mirror. Outside was run down, dirty, and very dark. People above loud. We wouldn’t stay again ”

“All went well. We were confused about this: the website said there were two full baths and two half baths. No there were no half baths. Also there were only three coffee mugs and a few glasses in the cupboard and one was leaky. Other than that, it worked well for our family of seven. We hardly spent time there other than sleeping as we came for a funeral and were gone all day Sat and left at 5:45 am Sun.”

“The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. ”
