Come stay at our handcrafted Shipping Container Cabin in the heart of Red River Gorge! This unique, beautifully designed cabin has everything you need for a perfect, relaxing getaway. Tucked away and surrounded by trees, it offers a secluded and peaceful retreat in nature.
The Space:
This cabin is cleaned and maintained by Amanda, the owner! She, together with her husband, has built and maintained the shipping container cabins for 9 years. This cabin provides the following amenities:
- 2 true bedrooms (no loft) with queen beds
- 1 full bathroom with walk in shower
- Large living room with spacious leather sectional, ottoman, 42 inch TV, and views
- Kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, two-burner hot plate, sink, Keurig coffee machine (K cups provided), all essential dishes, and cooking utensils (please note, there is no oven)
- Private smokeless fire pit with seating for four (firewood not provided)
- Large covered deck with comfortable seating and relaxing hot tub
- DishNetwork and Wi-Fi
- Climate controlled air conditioning and heat
- Propane grill (propane provided)
- City water and paved road access

Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, salt, pepper, oil and the like.
This cabin utilizes city water and is considered safe for using and drinking.
Please bring your own laundry detergent if you wish to use the washer.
This cabin does not allow pets and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.
The wifi is satellite based and works for basic internet use. It is not strong enough for streaming and cannot be connected to the tv.
