This little slice of heaven on Rogers Pond is truly one-of-a-kind. With top of the line appliances complimenting the renovations found throughout the home, your mind is sure to be put at ease. Kick back, relax and turn on the TV or wireless Bluetooth speaker. Head out back and feel free to enjoy kayaking, fishing or swimming and enjoy be sure to enjoy an evening sunset bonfire overlooking the wonder that is the Rogers Pond.

The guests have access to the following:

1) Kitchen. This includes utensils such as forks, knives, spoons, plates, cups, etc. As well as Top-Of-The-Line GE microwave, oven, countertop stove, ice maker, and refrigerator.
Help yourself to any pop, water, food.
The guest is expected to please clean up after oneself and respect the space.

2) Washer / Dryer. Help yourself to washing & drying clothes if need be.

3) Living / Dining room areas. Make yourself at home, turn on the TV / Bluetooth speaker, kick back and relax.

4) Bathroom.
Full bath with a toilet, shower, and vanity.

This VRBO rental is strictly meant for a maximum of 2 guests.

Not suitable for children or pets.
*NO SMOKING* inside the homestead.... outside is completely okay

I provide 2 kayaks, paddles, and life jackets to use.
I am offer them free of charge.
It is possible to access the water through the brand new river walk down to the water.
There are also multiple accesses to the water close by.
