“The only small disappointment was the lack of nearby breakfast places. Breakfast usually requires ordering delivery, but this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall excellent experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. Having stayed in many different places over the years—from luxury hotels to various types of accommodations—this is by far the best place I have experienced so far. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. “Arrived, having booked a triple room. The room however only had one double bed. We explained that there should be an extra bed in the room to reception, but one was refused until we agreed to pay extra for it. All this was difficult as the receptionists could not speak any English. When the bed was delivered to the room there was no mattress just a base with duvet on top. Very disappointed.”

“Un bellissimo hotel con una posizione eccezionale. È vicinissimo alla piazza Tien’anmen e alla città proibita che sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ha due stazione metro comodissime. Ed è a un passo dalla via dei negozi Wangfujing. Gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono magnifici. Le stanze molto grandi. Magari qualche aggiornamento al bagno e al sistema di controllo delle luci sarebbe necessario ma resta un hotel eccezionale, per livello di servizi e posizione. ”
