Villa Nativa with Pool features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a pavilion house, and a summer kitchen with a wood fire/charcoal grill. The outdoor pool, an alfresco dining area, and outdoor terraces with lounge seating and sunbeds offer a great setting for relaxation.
The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor of the main house. Here you have at your disposal a refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, juicer, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The indoor dining table seats 6 guests.
One of the bedrooms has king size bed and two bedrooms have a double bed. Each of them has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is an additional guest toilet.
It is an energy-sufficient house and the use of electrical appliances with a power greater than 1.5kW is not allowed
In indoor areas, you will find ceiling fans for cooling and air ventilation.
Free Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and Netflix are available. Moreover, here you have 4 bicycles at your disposal.
The distance to the center of Hvar town is 5 km, which is a 15-minute drive on a local road. The ferry port and the city of Stari Grad are 15 km away.
