“We were disappointed with the bathroom features. The lavatory was in the bedroom itself, and the tub/shower/toilet had its own room. I like having a bathroom with all features combined. Our sheets were put on the bed inside out, and the towels were rather old and needed to be bleached.”

“The Inn At Oxbow Acres is wonderful!!! The scenery around you and the property itself is beautiful. There are horses,ponies,donkeys and chickens. Along with some friendly barn cats! The property inside and out is impeccably maintained, The hosts Maria and Brian are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is among the best you will get anywhere!!! Loved our stay here and plan on returning. A great place to unplug from your daily hustle.”

“Very quiet and clean and cozy. I like how everything was just minutes away from the motel for food shopping Etc. The pool is very clean and refreshing and has privacy with the trees planted on the outside of the fence just a very nice setup.”

“There is a lovely view and it is also nice to have a separate cabin. The place was clean, had a stove, small fridge and freezer, as well as heat and A/C. I also appreciated that we could open the windows for some fresh air. The only thing that could be improved was that the cabin could be updated, and there could have been more blankets. There was one extra for four people which ended up being a little chilly.”

“We are thru hiking the AT and discovered this place in Gorham. Nancy (the Manager) is a special asset for this property and knows how to take care of hikers. She picked us up at the trailhead, took us shopping at the local Walmart to resupply, and returned us to the trailhead upon departure. Laundry here is self serve and costs only $2.50 to wash and dry (detergent is free). No breakfast but a locally owned Eastern Depot Restaurant is only 10 minutes by foot and is excellent. We enjoyed a night...
