“Our room was clean and spacious. Love your outdoor seating area with the fire pit and grill. Great location for our drive to Ft. Myers.”

“When we checked in we were worried as it looked a little shady. When we opened the door we got a great surprise. The room had been newly remodeled. It seemed like we may have been the first to enjoy the upgrade. Everything was fresh, new and well done. Great room and a good value.”

“Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. ”

“They had clean and well maintained rooms. Everything seemed to be functioning well in the room although the exterior looked old but it’s still cleaned and maintained. Very reasonable price and clean I would recommend ”

“Front desk was nice and polite. They had a nice breakfast set up. Only issues was shower head was broken and bed a little rickety.”
