“We traveled 8 hours for a funeral and arrived at 1:30pm. We were hoping for an early check in but were told that no king rooms had been cleaned yet. The clerk took my phone number and said that she would call when a room became available, but we never got a call. “Staff- when I arrived at the front desk, I let the receptionist know I had reservations. And she said "I won't be able to check you in until I have a clean room available". It was 2:40 and my check in time was 3:00. It's now after 3 and a new person at the front desk. He gave me a room with a dirty mop smell n bugs ( gnats and small mosquitoes).
