“I love the Hyatt Place hotel. Rooms are clean and nice, affordable and the breakfast is good too.”

“I made a last minute booking for a 2 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is relatively new so I was immediately relieved as I have allergies and can’t often tolerate some of the older hotels. The front desk employee Ciara was lovely and efficient. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I lost my room key while running around and she remembered me immediately and easily able to set me up with a new one.”

“Soap dispensers were empty. I requested replacement and never received one. Asked the second time the next day and the receptionist brought it to me and there were no other supporting staff to assist her. Only one waiter in the restaurant. Menu is not great either.”

“There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed help/had a question. If it were just down to that alone, it’s be 5 stars. I had an OKAY stay… the elevator needed a good vacuum/sweeping. Every time I was in there it was really messy. During my 5 day stay, on day 3 I had a family with multiple children above me playing parkour it seemed… I didn’t complain or asking to move because it would’ve been a hassle.
