Il condominio ha 4 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni, e si trova vicino a negozi, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, distributori di benzina, la linea di autobus CATA al centro, e la by-pass del 322. Si trova a 5 miglia dal centro di State College e 4 miglia al campus - con facile accesso su 322. Il condominio può ospitare 8-10. Ci sono 4 letti queen size e un materasso gonfiabile queen aria su richiesta. Cucina da sogno di un cuoco - ampia cucina con tavolo e sedie da cucina di grandi dimensioni, nuovissima isola di granito GE (microonde, fornelli, doppio forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero) e completamente attrezzata con una varietà di pentole, utensili da cucina, posate, taglieri , argenteria, bicchieri, piatti, ciotole, macchina per il caffè e Keurig. C'è un mazzo fuori della cucina e un piccolo cortile. Ogni camera ha un nuovo materasso matrimoniale e 2 delle 4 camere da letto hanno una TV a schermo piatto. I bagni sono stati recentemente ristrutturati e tutti gli asciugamani, lenzuola e cuscini sono forniti. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto con audio surround, un camino a gas e comodi divani. C'è un sacco di parcheggio, tra cui un garage per due auto, due posti auto e un parcheggio in più. Il condominio è pulito professionalmente prima del vostro arrivo.

Great Spot for PSU game

We had 7 people comfortably stay at this townhouse. The pictures were accurate. Location was great as we could walk to the local restaurants and Uber to game. The area was residential so nice and quiet for us. The owners provided easy instructions and were available to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Football weekend

This house is close to grocery stores, restaurants and has a nice deck and small yard. Parking for multiple vehicles was also a plus for us. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and the owners were very accommodating and got us back into the house ASAP. There was enough space for four adults and five teen/preteens.

Great Location!

We had a great experience staying at this property. If you are looking for a place to stay for a football weekend you won’t be disappointed. Beaver stadium is only11 minutes away. The house was very clean and a great size.

Comfort & Location

Things we found to be wonderful: Prompt and helpful communication with host - Allison went out of her way to check on a question we had. Comfortable beds on each room (and we are picky about this), great water pressure, easy access to shopping, restaurants, and PSU campus. While the following did not take away from our comfort or positive experience it should. noted that the carpet is tired and soot on walls from candles or other is noticeable. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this roomy, quiet rental.

Great Game Weekend Accomodations

Great place for an alumni reunion weekend. Very close to campus and other ammenities. The house was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive and organized. Pleanty of parking. Highly recommend.

We liked that there was a lot of space .. We didn’t like that most of the carpets were stained, there were no washcloths and no bar soap or shampoo for the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Having linens included was very nice. The key was in the lock box as promised. Flat screen TV in family room was great gathering area. Convenient location for being able to circumvent the Atherton Street traffic. Near Sheetz, Wegmans, and Dunkin Donuts. We would stay here again. Thank you, Alison and Jonathan.

Great football weekend!

Alison is great to work with and responsive to inquires. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our group. It was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. the commute to downtown and the stadium were easy to navigate and accessible to transportation!

Clean and comfortable; good family rental

Alison made herself available for all questions during our stay. Beds were made, fresh towels provided, and the place was clean upon arrival. We slept 10 adults between 18 - 72 comfortably, and there was plenty of space for us to relax when needed. Commute to grocery store, downtown and stadium was as explained. This was a way better option than a PSU hotel room.

Great weekend spot for our family!

We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The space was perfect! Bedrooms were super comfortable. Kitchen and living room were nice and spacious for gathering in. Host Alison was very responsive!
