Spacious 4BR, 2BA home just 10 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Features include two living rooms, cozy sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wifi and a small patio perfect for relaxing. Ideal for families, alumni, or game-day fans visiting Penn State. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood close to campus and downtown attractions. Directly across from Green Hollow Park, offering playgrounds, sports courts, and picnic areas.

We're delighted to host you in our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, featuring a cozy sunroom and a relaxing patio. Located just 10 minutes from Beaver Stadium and directly across from Green Hollow Park, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Parking Instructions
On-Site Parking: 1 car in garage and 2 on the driveway.

Street Parking: Permitted unless otherwise posted. Note that during snowfalls of 2 inches or more, or when a Snow Emergency is declared, street parking is prohibited to facilitate snow removal. ​

The house has great character and we loved the funky design touches. The proximity to shopping centers, downtown and parks will be hard to beat. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful in the snowy weather we experienced.If anyone in your party has mobility issues it may be good to consider another property, the house is split-level with 2 sets of short staircases. The pots and pans were well-loved, next time we would bring our own. Overall, a great stay!
