“This hotel is a gem for the price, location, amenities and staff. I keep returning and am always glad I did.”

“A true little paradise get-away nestled in the pines. With Lake Tahoe just a little walk across the street, it's all you could ask for in a clean, quiet, and friendly little cottage. Very impressed with the friendliness upon arrival and the cleanliness of the room. Close enough to some great eateries and such majestic scenery to take in as only Tahoe can give. Looking forward to going back. Very happy.”

“Beautiful location”

“Hyatt exceeded our expectations! They even let us borrow snowshoes and hiking poles to take on our day trip to chickadee Ridge at no cost! The restaurant food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Provided complimentary champagne when we arrived and water bottles to take on our hike.”

“Great clean place and loved the layout of the room.”

“During our stay, our first room had an insect problem, and we were bitten while staying in it. The staff responded courteously and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the replacement room had serious problems of its own: the lighting did not work properly, leaving the room very dark, and the electrical outlet directly next to the bed was visibly burned. Because of these conditions, we will not be returning to this place.”
