● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive
behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am.
● One (1) car maximum allowed. Renters are required to properly display a host-
provided parking permit on the driver`s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to
display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of
the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains
are required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of
a snow storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces
immediately and dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

Unlike many mountain rentals with steep staircases, this cabin offers easy access with just 9 steps from the parking area, making unloading gear a breeze. (See photos)

We do not offer same-day refunds because someone in your party cannot climb the stairs. This is a wonderful, well thought out space, fully equipped with supplies and everything you could possibly need during your time in Tahoe. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per booking, that must be collected separately after you`ve secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

The HOA, and property management company accept no liability for the availability, use, or security of parking spaces. Guests assume all risk related to parking and must comply with HOA parking rules, posted signage, and any applicable local ordinances. Violations of HOA parking rules may result in fines, towing, or other enforcement actions at the vehicle owner’s expense.

● NOISE
- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM.
- No loud music or excessive outdoor noise.
- Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise at a respectful level throughout your stay.

● TRASH
- All trash must be secured inside the provided bear-proof box.
- Never leave trash, food, or other attractants outside the property.
- Proper trash storage helps protect both the neighborhood and local wildlife.

● GENERAL RESTRICTIONS
- No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property.
- Minimum booking age: 25
