“On the positive side, the location was great, the room was comfortable and the two bathrooms were very convenient. On the other hand, of the five nights we stayed, the room was partially cleaned only on the first night. The bed was made and towels changed however they left the dirty coffee cups, didn’t replenish the coffee, didn’t clean the floors or wipe down the surfaces. The next day the room wasn’t cleaned so we asked for more towels and coffee. The third day, again, no cleaning so we called...

“The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was they never came in to clean it if after I requested it. They just left some towels and soap hanging on my door. We stayed three nights and I cleaned it myself.”

“Everything about this hotel is outstanding: the beautiful grounds, two exceptional restaurants, and the large pool and hot tub. The complimentary shuttle to town is also a great convenience. It’s honestly difficult to think of anything that could be improved.”

It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again.”

“Beautiful, well-maintained property in a centralized location. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. Also the pool umbrellas were in back order so there was little shade/coverage on the pool deck. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed...
