“Issues from the moment we checked in. I'll ignore small stuff like vomit in the shared laundry room, overflowing garbage and limited covered parking. I will focus however on more critical things like heating and communication with the facility management. The heating didn't work. The staff and the host were reaponsive to text and sent someone over to check it who couldn't fix the problem. They never followed back and I had to keep nagging them to provide an update. “The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”

“We love this place and call it our secret hideaway. It has a fireplace, is well appointed with dishes, sink, microwave and mini fridge with freezer; assigned parking is a bonus And dogs are welcome. Super easy automatic check-in and out, walking distance to the beach, walking and hiking trails, a ciffee shop, Mexican food take-out and Heavenly Gondola. Shhh.. don't tell anyone. We wish to keep this place all to ourselves.”

“Most family friendly resort in South Lake Tahoe. From the gondola adjacent location, the pool, hot tubs, day spa, gym, valet, video games for the kids to the nicely appointed rooms, this place has it all. The room was just as advertised with a full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, living room with Murphy bed, two fire places and a king size bed. I highly recommend if you have 1 or 2 kids, place is perfect.”
