The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and the daily housekeeping was thorough and reliable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s facilities.”

“We stayed here for the first time mostly due to location as it’s very close to the temple. It turned out to be a great overall experience due to cleanliness of the place, huge rooms, friendly staff and good food. We will definitely go back there. ”

“Everything was superb about this property (stayed here couple of years ago) but this time wifi wasn't working inside the bedroom. Had to go to reception to get wifi. That was a big disappointment. They need to be sure this issue is fixed going forward! Excellent food in the restaurant! ”

“There was no hot water . You complain but no one listens. Plus no refund for in used nights. I am surprised Expedia or booking promotes thinking hotel”

“Great place to stay with family new property. Very clean and offers all the amenities that is needed. Including elevator. And only 2 minute walk from Shreeji temple. ”

“Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded.”

“Purely Fake hotel, They have checked In on my behalf, Since I was not available as this booking was made mistakenly and they were Aware of it so did check in for some other customer on my behalf. a big lier managment. Worst ever seen managemnt of both hotel and expedia.”

“We had the worst experience with this hotel. Payed almost double the amount and it was super dirty- sheets and pillows had stains, blankets were heavily stained. No hot showers either- freezing cold water during winters. ”
