All staff were very polite, helpful and responsive at all times. It was very good to have a family apartment with kitchenette and two TVs where we could spread out. “The room was simple, comfortable, of average condition and the electric sockets need modernising. There was a lot of noise both outside and inside the hotel late at night. They only serviced the room on one of the four days. Breakfast was good and simple. The staff were helpful but had not replied to me about early arrival or airport transfer. ”
