“Booked in and couldn’t even book in for the spa as it was fully booked because of a wedding. No email sent suggesting I needed to book. I only wanted to use the sauna. Lots of other people complained about the same thing. ”

“Overall the stay was excellent the hosts were amazing and flexible suggesting places to eat for dinner nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The room was to a high standard and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Only two reasons it didn’t get a 5 star. The road into the hotel is a dirt track and we had heavy rain and the potholes or rather gorges were filled with water and impossible to see how deep. “Room was clean, a good size and well appointed. There is no airconditioning though and when we stayed it was quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep. A fan is provided however it is loud. It was disappointing be informed at check-in and not at any point earlier that the gym is £20 more. Lots of parking and the staff are nice too. ”
