This spacious house welcomes you with a cosy living room with loft and a contemporary open-plan kitchen. On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living and dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with six chairs. The new open-plan kitchen is made for cooking enthusiasts. Equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, extractor hood, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (pads) and kettle, you have everything at your fingertips for preparing delicious meals.On the ground floor is a cosy bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm twin bed. The practical bathroom, fitted with underfloor heating, offers a walk-in shower, washbasin with contemporary vanity unit, mirror and toilet.A wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where two comfortable bedrooms can be found. One room is furnished with two large single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), while the other has a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). For families with small children, a cot, high chair and stair gate are available. Enjoy wireless internet via free WIFI and TV with a wide choice of channels.
