Our room was incredibly clean, welcoming, spacious, and every one of us slept very well on the beds, which were so comfortable. Outside was a suspended swing chair, plentiful Adirondack chairs and grassy areas to relax on, a well-maintained laundry area, and easy access to downtown Rockport. “I was so disappointed. I was not given the room I thought I had reserved. I was traveling with my granddaughter & asked for 2 beds. The room had one queen bed & the sofa bed was terrible. There was a bright flood light right out the kitchen window with no curtains so sleeping on the sofa bed your room was lit up all night. “The staff was extremely helpful and checkin/checkout was smooth. All the amenities were very convenient. However the overall cleanliness of the room was less than expected at this price range. Covers had makeup from previous occupant and sheets were stained. Bathroom floor had hair from previous occupants and toilet was not clean. Overall the stay was fine, but room could have been cleaned more thoroughly.”
