Stawamus Chief Provincial Park: Tour e Visite Guidate

Hotel all’interno di in centro commerciale, parcheggio sotterraneo (a pagamento), si definisce boutique hotel ma non lo è (di fatto solo la hall). Camere grandi ma non bellissime, la nostra però era vista mare/porto, davvero notevole. La zona è molto bella, quindi la posizione è ottima soprattutto in prospettiva di visitare il nord di Vancouver.

Posizione ottima, noi abbiamo preso il monolocale, fantastico, ben attrezzato ampi spazi e una vista mozzafiato dalla finestra del 19° piano. Consigliatissimo

We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty, and I was surprised that the balcony had not been equipped with spikes or something else to keep away the great number of pigeons swarming about. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee finished very early, and no more was brought. The setup was weird, because you had to bring down your own tray and cups, get food, and go eat it in your room. However, the worst part of my stay was that a rose-gold locket I absolutely loved was stolen from our room by someone who obviously had access - so definitely someone from the hotel staff - and, instead of offering support, the manager not only rudely refused to help me, but also implied that I was lying. Therefore, I got in touch with the Vancouver PD, and will be following the issue closely, if I don’t hear anything from them I will pursue the matter another way. If you are looking for a place that actually cares about providing good service and takes theft seriously, don’t stay here.
