"Bit of a blip at check in (which wasn’t the hotels fault tbh) but James was quick to rectify the situation and all the staff were excellent (well done James,Sion,Baz and Charlotte for your very attentive treatment We will definitely be returning"

"Arrived early but luckily I was allowed to check in. Beautiful scenery in the heart of Wales. Property a little dated with a few faults but beyond that had a lovely weekend. The outdoor pool was very busy but expected because of the beautiful weather. Would definitely recommend."
