“The property is in a great location in Arezzo and the owner communicated clearly, thoroughly with us and this was much appreciated since we are still novice VRBO users. Not having a designated parking spot caused some frustration when we ended up finding an open spot a block away. ”

“We stayed in the apartment for two nights with a family of four. The apartment is in a great location that is walkable to all the main areas of Arezzo. Close to shops and restaurants and the main piazza. The apartment was clean and plenty of room for a family of four. The communication was great and very easy to locate the apartment from the train station and enter the building. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.”

“This apartment is an easy walk (15 minutes for me with my bags) from the train station, and is in an ancient neighborhood isolated from tourist traffic.It is very "livable" and well appointed; the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all you need for cooking. The hosts are the best that I have ever met through a VRBO - friendly and welcoming, and a font of knowledge of the town and its history. The garden is an absolute delight. “From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. Just a short drive to the historic district and also to some wineries and vineyards. Overall I will rate this place a 10 and recommend to anyone visiting Arezzo in the Tuscany region of Italy.”

“The terrace view of Arezzo and the surrounding Tuscan countryside are incredible. The apartment is centrally located and almost everything is within a 30-minute walk. Paola and Sylvana are great to work with. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable.”
