“Appartamento quasi nuovo in residenza per anziani. Ottima location a 15mn a piedi dal centro città bassa, parcheggio coperto compreso. Residenza con piscina, sauna, palestra. ”

“We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! ”

“Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

“Lejligheden svarer fint til beskrivelsen og har en virkelig god, central beliggenhed midt i Bergamo – perfekt som udgangspunkt for at udforske byen. Værten Alessandro var meget hjælpsom og let at komme i kontakt med. Han svarede utrolig hurtigt og imødekommende på alle henvendelser, hvilket gav en tryghed under opholdet.Desværre blev vi nødt til at forkorte vores ophold, da lejligheden simpelthen var for varm og uden aircondition eller anden form for nedkøling. Det gjorde det næsten umuligt at...
