Appartamenti a Stazione di Bologna Corticella

“The curtain was not properly hanged, half part of it has fallen apart, since the room was street view, we have to turn the lights off during the evening to minimize the exposure of our movements in the room. We stayed three nights there and there was no extra towels in the room.”

“I was disappointed with the condition of the room. It appeared quite old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets were very worn and even torn in places, the bed frame was scratched from years of use, and I noticed mold on some of the walls. While the host responded to messages promptly, they were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The room also did not include a kettle, and when I asked about one, I was told to heat water in a dish on the stove to make tea, which I found unusual and...

“The place was perfect for what we needed! More info on the listing in regard to parking would be useful as it’s just outside the door and does not cost a lot. Only 11euro for 24hours. Just a good tip for those reading the reviews.”

“This Vrbo was closest to the train station which was good for us, but it isn't centrally located to the rest of the sights in Bologna (like a 30min. walk). It was cute and clean. We did self check-in, but it was a challenge because even though our host answered the phone to help, the keypad never worked on our door. A neighbor actually had to come and help us get in. The only way we were ever able to get into the apartment was to use a different code on a locked box, get the key out, use the...

“Air conditioning was very good”

“We stayed at the Romantic House for 10 days and had a very pleasant stay. Everything we needed was available in the house, and we were able to prepare our own breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was very quiet, and the apartment has its own parking space underneath the residential complex. We could easily walk to the city centre, and there is also a large supermarket nearby. The balcony was a lovely place to sit after sunset. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the apartment at a healthy...

“Unit is clean and easy walk from the station.”

“Tutto perfetto, host disponibile”

“Perfect location. Very safe! Great AC. Spotless! Great price. Made for a perfect trip! I traveled around Italy and used it as home base so being close to the train was fantastic!”

“We booked this property originally but due to construction, the management company had us stay in a different apartment instead. Due to that, I can't evaluate this particular apartment, but can confirm the management company was very good. They set us up in a slightly nicer apartment, closer to the city center and train station, and paid for our parking since the new apartment didn't include parking. It was a very positive experience overall. I would happily book with them again.”

“Host was very nice and showed us the place before giving us the keys. He arrived at the meet up spot on time. Place was very nice and spacious, it fit our big group well. Area can be kind of scary at night, but it’s nice to be close to the train station.”

“Everything was great and the host was a lot of help, very friendly! ”

“The host was super nice and informative. This location was perfect for us to see the main tourist sites of Bologna, a lovely city. It’s literally one block from the central train station so, we made this our central place to take day trips to Parma, Modena and San Marino. Would definitely stay here again.”

“😊 huge modern apartment. Full kitchen. Washer and DRYER. 10 minutes to train station. Great pub one street away 😒 €50 ‘cleaning fee’ collected in cash, so the listed room rate is artificially low. Annoying €10 charge if you use more than your ‘permitted’ linens and towels. Little interesting dining nearby. As with many of the managed properties, too many people involved in communication/checkin. I stay in hotels/rentals >300 nights/year”

“Air conditioning, clean rooms, Staff assistance superb.”
