“Overall, we really liked this location. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family to spread out and relax during our stay in Bologna. It was also an ideal location directly across from the train station. The rooms had comfy beds, great lighting, and easy to access elevators.Honestly, my only complaint is that the company that runs the unit was not super helpful in terms of communication. “The curtain was not properly hanged, half part of it has fallen apart, since the room was street view, we have to turn the lights off during the evening to minimize the exposure of our movements in the room. We stayed three nights there and there was no extra towels in the room.”

“Asked for info , told would respond no response. For 5 days we got 1 skimpy bath towel had to wash them daily. No printed info on how the appliances worked. bus schedules etc. Had to figure it out for ourselves. The apartment was very nice. The guy who let us in didn't know, just pointed out the obvious, this is a bedroom , this is a bathroom. It was very close to the train station but far from everything else. ”

“Un accueil très expéditif. Des oublis au point que la personne de wonderfull Italie nous a relancés avec instance pendant notre séjour pour lui transmettre nos numéros de cartes d'identités. Le mobilier et la décoration sont très très sommaires. Le must est le canapé (banquette) sans sa housse. L'annonce est mensongère : équipement d'un lave-vaisselle, or il n'y en a pas.”
