“Our stay in Bologna was disappointing from the start. Check-in was meant to be via video call, but despite several attempts to contact the host on arrival, no one answered and we had to manage ourselves. The main issue happened on the third evening. After returning around 9pm, we found the building entrance keypad was not working. “😊 huge modern apartment. Full kitchen. Washer and DRYER. 10 minutes to train station. Great pub one street away 😒 €50 ‘cleaning fee’ collected in cash, so the listed room rate is artificially low. Annoying €10 charge if you use more than your ‘permitted’ linens and towels. Little interesting dining nearby. As with many of the managed properties, too many people involved in communication/checkin. I stay in hotels/rentals >300 nights/year”

“Tutto perfetto! Appartamento come in foto, molto bello, pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutti i comfort! Posizione centrale per poter girare la città a piedi e con due supermercati e bar vicinissimi alla casa. Bisogna però prestare attenzione alla ztl. Comodissimi il check-in e checkout grazie alle istruzioni dello staff che si è dimostrato molto disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei sicuramente.”
