“Soggiorno piacevole, affaccio eccezionale (meglio che nelle foto!), prato e piccola piscina con idromassaggio che fanno godere molto relax, abitazione dal fascino d'altri tempi ma attrezzata agli attuali, wi-fi e frigo così così, ma saranno migliorati, attenta e gentile collaborazione da parte dei proprietari. Certamente da consigliare.”

“Great villa, stunning views with peace, quiet and serenity. 5 older adults with our twenty something kids. We had a blast and so did they. Lounging at the pool, walks into Cortona (30 min), amazing restaurants/food. Well equipped villa with everything you need. We had a small issue with AC that got fixed very quickly. “This was a fabulous stay for my family! Giuseppe and Adelfa went above and beyond, actually making a beautiful fruit torta upon our return and stocking the kitchen with necessary supplies for the jet-lagged crew. The house itself is stunning, we had many beautiful Tuscan dinners under the pergola. “We stayed at this villa for a month. We had our family of 9 people here for 10 days. The layout with 2 separate apartments was perfect for our group. We had great weather during our stay and so we used the pool (unheated) frequently. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking, and some spices too. “We stayed at this property in May 2026 for 5 nights and we loved it! The property was very clean and well equipped with spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is private, centrally located, and close to shopping and dining. It's also just a short drive (less than 10 minutes) up the hill to famous Cortona. The host was extremely accommodating, quick to respond and made for a smooth check-in/ check-out process. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to any family...

“Ottima comunicazione e procedure di check-in e check-out. Lo spazio esterno e’ ben curato, la piscina e’ piccolina, ma comunque importante per rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi e ha uno spazio dedicato all’idromassaggio molto apprezzato! La casa si trova all’interno del paese, ma e’ comunque abbastanza silenziosa. Interni “vintage” e arredamento un po’ datato, ma nel complesso siamo stati bene... promossa!!!”
