“A 20 minuti dalla stazione e circa 15 minuti dal centro. Per il resto.. il proprietario non risponde al telefono e ci ha messo 3 giorni per rispondere su WhatsApp. Stanza piena di problemi: intonaco che cade dal soffitto, prese che si staccano, scaldabagno da muro che non funziona, tubature intasate, bidet col tappo che non si toglie, asciugamano macchiato e soprattutto puzza di fogna/tonno.”

“Le mie aspettative sono state ben riposte: pulizia, comfort, attenzione e cura nel check-in da parte del personale. La posizione , in via D'Azeglio è centralissima e ben servita da ristoranti e negozi. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate. Sono molto soddisfatto. ”

“This was an absolutely terrible stay. I arrived at the property and effectively did not exist, I had to ask at a local cafeteria, where the address was because there was simply no signage on the door. When I got into the location finally after an hour of waiting around, several things became apparent. First there was a shared bathroom, which I did not see as listed when I reserve the room. Number two there was no bed, there was only a fold out couch, again, not detailed on the listing. I...

“This property has a great location with a short walk to the duomo and views of the capella de medici from the terrace. Staff was extremely helpful and provided us with a map and recommendations. Breakfast was really good. Only thing is the bed isnt the most comfortable”
