Appartamenti a Stazione di Desenzano del Garda-Sirmione

“Location située au bord d’une route très passante. Les photos de l’annonce ne traduisaient pas cette proximité. La présence de la ligne de chemin de fer qui était indiquée n’est pas gênante les voitures en masquent le bruit. L’appartement en lui même ne dispose pas d’autres ouverture que la porte d’entrée, il était donc difficile d’aérer malgré l’odeur de renfermé. Nous sommes restés une heure puis nous avons trouvé une autre location.”

“Insgesamt eine ganz niedliche Unterkunft. Minuspunkte aber gibt’s für die Umgebung. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Straße, wo die Autos im Affentempo vorbei rasen, direkt daneben hinter Gebüsch verlaufen die Bahngleise, die Züge fahren oft, schnell und bis in die Nacht. Es ist extrem laut. Abends draußen sitzen macht daher nicht soviel Spaß. Da es nur ein Fenster/Tür gibt, ist die Wohnung recht dunkel.”

“We felt absolutely good, everthing was clean and beautiful. The only sad thing is the light situation of the windows, which cannot be changed because of the position of the apartment.”

“Die Wohnung musste 2 x am Boden aufgewischt werden. Beides Mal war der Wassereimer stark verschmutzt. Die Deckenleuchte war stark befallen mit abgestorbenen Fliegen. Die Dusche war verschmutzt und musste ebenfalls von uns gereinigt werden. Die Gebäudeeingangstüre (nicht Wohnungstüre) konnte nicht verriegelt werden, da seit Monaten defekt lt. Aussage der anderen Hausbewohner. Pool stark verschmutzt und wurde daher von uns gemieden. Nebenan wurde ein neues Gebäude errichtet. In der Beschreibung...

“Casa bellissima davanti al lago e a pochi passi dal centro, proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile ci ha fatto trovare anche un cesto pieno di cibo e una bottiglia di vino per l'accoglienza, ed è stata anche molto flessibile con gli orari di check-in e checkout.”

“Everything was wonderful. Location ideal in the old town, with short distance to the beach. Unfortunately it was very hot and the air conditioning was broken. Basically, the communication with the agency worked well and they also tried very hard to repair the air conditioning. Unfortunately, however, without success, so we had to leave with the memory of a very warm flat. Overall, however, this did not detract from the positive assessment and experience.”
