Appartamenti a Stazione di Eze-sur-Mer

“Nice, clean, walking distance to Montecarlo railway station and Casino, Christian is a very kind host.”

“Tutto perfetto! Christian molto gentile, disponibile e cortese. Nell’appartamento non mancava nulla. Pulizia eccellente Curata nei dettagli ”

“The unit was exactly like the pictures. There was a huge benefit of the underground parking included. The location was very good with a number of restaurants within walking distance.Unit has a dishwasher and washing machine. One thing that was interesting was that the unit did not have a microwave.”

“the owner only speaks French and it is difficult for tourists to have a conversation with her. From the first day the air conditioner and the television never worked, and it was very hot and it became difficult to stay at home. The floor above, where the other two beds were, was very shaky and dangerous. The dishes weren't clean and I had to wash everything. The first day the owner also asked us for €80 more without explaining the reason.”

“Great new apartment with nice n cool air condition. Little difficult to find initially thru map. The paid parking is about 8 mins walk. I would not recommend for people having difficulties with climbing many stairs since this is located on the hill and has to walk up at least 100 stairs. (some outside the apt and then the apt is on 3rd floor...and no elevator). If you get lucky, you may find paid parking on the street. ”

“My husband and 2 kids stayed for 10 days. Very spacious, lots of light, great AC and comfortable beds. The property manager was very helpful with whatever we needed. The location was amazing, close to bus stops and very conveniently adjacent to Monaco. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The apt was not as advertised. Communication with owner was poor. The property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival…. Communicated that to the owner… his response was... I'll refund the cleaning. The towels had been used and were dirty. The bed only had a bottom sheet. Refrigerator had old food and the trash had not been emptied, shower and sink were dirty. The photos of the property in the advertisement were from when the property was for sale. I would not recommend this property. ”

“Not worth the price”
