However booing it though Expedia was a disaster, no phone number or any other arrangement made and we arrived at the property hoping to have someone help us checking in. Eventually a shop next to the appointment contacted the property management and she kindly came again and provided us with all details. Every thing else after was fantastic.”

“This place needs some improvement. There is no physical check-in. Everything is done virtual and the link they shared with me didn’t work at first. You need WiFi to open the doors the first time. Also the keys get jammed and it’s hard to open them. There is no elevator in the building and the room is in the 4th floor. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom had mold. The whole apartment smells like humidity when you walk in. There was only one small mirror (bathroom mirror) in the whole apartment....

“This property met our family of 4’s needs for the two nights that we were in Florence. The property is clean and comfortable, and the manager is very responsive. There is not a lot of space to put belongings, but for being there only two nights, that didn’t matter. it is in a great location!”

“This property is very tired and in need of refresh. Not very well cleaned as was evident in previous guests personal items left behind on the floor and chair. The host representative met us on site for check in which in normal circumstances would have been fine but we were running late due a bus strike and had been given a time by which we had to get to check in by so ended up literally fast walking across Florence with our bags.
