“Room was pretty clean. Some stains on the ceiling but otherwise good. Shower water was hot. Breakfast was ok for free but some food was cold and the biscuits had a strange taste. Waffles were good. Staff helpful”

“This location did not match up with other Embassy Suites. Staff was very friendly, but the room we had needed a complete overhaul. The couch had tears and holes, the drapes were in shreds, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom that had been covered with clear caulk, and pieces of tile were missing in the shower. The breakfast was very disappointing. Couldn’t cut the waffles, they broke in pieces and tasted like styrofoam, the oatmeal was empty and we were told they wouldn’t make...

“The first room I was assigned to was filthy, with food on the floor and night stands. The halls had garbage on the floor, the elevator smelled and had sticky dirty floors. The ceiling in my second room had been recently painted, but clearly no drop cloths were used as paint was on the headboard, chairs, and carpets. The lobby was chaos.”
