“Had a mouse in my room. Went to reception and she swapped my room but didn’t even react to hearing about the mouse. Made me think this is a normal complaint. Hard to feel comfortable after seeing that”

“Poor supply of towels. Overuse of air freshener causing allergic reactions. Not enough blankets on the bed thus must of the night. Temperature outside was 4C but fans were running all night making the room very cold. Limited parking space.”

“Would not call this a B&B — rather more like a hotel. The original old house at the front has been extensively added onto in the back. The old part is very lovely and quaint; the back, what you would expect of a modern hotel. Not sure if there are any rooms available in the front. Very good-sized rooms in the back, with basically a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, and hot plates). King-sized bed and couch which is a pull out small bed. Breakfast is quite good, with fresh fruit, one hot menu...
