“We were a family group of 13 & felt the house met all our needs. Franco greeted us warmly and was on hand with lots of help. We loved the beautiful town of Montecarlo, a 20 minute walk away, where we enjoyed our first lunch together & several evenings. Spent an afternoon locally on a vineyard tour which was superb. “We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect for visiting towns nearby; Montecarlo, Pisa, and Lucca. The common space was more than adequate for our large group, and the outside dining area was fabulous. We used it often. The pool looks to be relatively new and was wonderful.
