“This apartment met our every need and expectation. The description is accurate that it is outside of the old town but we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was clean, modern and the hostess stayed in touch throughout our stay. I would definitely come back.”

“L'appartamento è spazioso, arredato in modo creativo e ben attrezzato (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, ecc...). La vista dalla finestra del soggiorno è incantevole. E' a due passi dal Palazzo dei Priori, quindi centralissimo. Nei pressi ottimi ristoranti. Attenzione: è nella Zona a Traffico Limitato, il parcheggio vicino a casa è quasi impossibile e le due rampe di scale dentro l'edificio sono un po' ripide, ma la cosa è comprensibile visto che il palazzo è antico. I proprietari...

“Vacanza perfetta: siamo stati cinque giorni mio marito, io e il cane. La sistemazione è perfetta per visitare sia il centro di Perugia che tutte le altre meraviglie dell'Umbria. Il parcheggio gratuito si trova facilmente in prossimità della casa e l'appartamento è fornito di tutto quanto possa occorrere, confortevole, comodo, proprietario gentile. Perfetto.”

“This apartment is by far the most spacious and accommodating VRBO location we have ever rented in Europe. Zia Manos met us when we got lost upon arrival and directed us to the location and even helped us with our luggage. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and large enough for a whole family. It was impeccably clean and stocked with complimentary Prosecco, fruit, and chocolates. “Struttura situata in posizione centrale, infissi un po' datati ma arredamenti nuovi e ben messi. Qualche pecca minore (mancava la carta igienica, un bidet era staccato dal pavimento) ma la principale è relativa alle condizioni del giardino, con l'erba alta più di mezzo metro”

Ideale per passare una giornata in totale relax con un libro a bordo piscina o come base di partenza per splendide gite nelle numerose città d'arte e borghi, tutti a pochi km.
