He had a map for us detailed with all of the necessities with bus stops and metro stops. While there if we had a questioned we received a detailed answer and he followed up as well. “Location was very nice. Appreciated the small elevator with all our luggage. However we had no hot water and we had a 3 bed 3 bath unit! We did receive a partial refund, but was unexpected and we had to ask what was happening and owner knew but didn’t advise. ”
