Case in affitto in Stazione di Roma Balduina

“This apartment is the perfect spot to call home base for a Rome adventure. It’s close to Vatican City and walkable to everything in central Rome, and is a very short walk from the San Pietro train station if walking everywhere isn’t for you. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful - my departing flight got cancelled the day I arrived, forcing me to leave a day early, and the hosts refunded me the last night without me even asking! They also provided a nicely curated list of authentic...

Grazie Francesca :-)”

“The house is located in a nice and well connected location, 10 min walking distance from the Vatican and city center. High standard interior design, stylish and spacious bathrooms (one of which complemented by a jacuzzi!!!) and super comfortable king-size beds have made our stay incredibly relaxing and pleasant. Everything was superb! Thanks Luca for your hospitality, we will surely be back!”

“comodissimo, bellissima terrazza e host gentilissimi.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Rome and appreciated the apartment's cleanliness and convenient location. The Vatican was within the distance described in the listing, which made getting around very easy. One thing that caught us off guard was that the photos seemed to suggest a view of the Vatican, but that was not the actual view from our apartment. While the location was as advertised, the pictures created a different expectation. Communication with the host was somewhat inconsistent...

“esperienza molto positiva, posizione ottima, ambienti puliti, host gentilissimo e preciso. assolutamente soddisfatto.”

“Great location close to the Vatican and one of the main subway stops. Quiet, clean with a washer dryer combo in the kitchen. The washer dryer combo is definitely typical of European standards however, a drying rack works perfectly well. There is air-conditioning in every room in case you need it. Communication with Marco and his staff was very easy.”

“We booked a place for 8 people. We got 2 apartment units beside each other, which is ok. However, the units are small. Everything is very old and dated. The Lighting in one of the bedrooms is very dark and orange. Showers are tiny. If you are a big person, you will not fit. There are no elevators so be prepared to walk up 4 flights, especially if you have luggage. The neighborhood is nice. It is on the quiet side. Close walking distance to the Vatican Museums.”

“Our holiday was wonderful and the hosts were very responsive and professional ”

“The building and apartment is beautiful! The location is perfect. I would love to stay there again and again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This apartment is in the best location. It was perfect. Could use a little upgrade but would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again the next trip to roma.”

“This place is as advertised! It’s adorable and conveniently located. The owner is so helpful and attentive. We had a lovely time.”

“This is one of my favorite VRBO stays ever. Very clean, stylish, comfortable, and convenient. We loved our stay. Ground level so no stairs. A cafe/bar is directly across the street and several restaurants are walking distance. Very quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The host was responsive, friendly, and helpful.”
